Sarah Olin, ACC

Sarah Olin is an International Coach Federation and Accomplishment Coaching-certified life and leadership coach. She works with entrepreneurs and executives in a wide range of industries. Sarah’s expertise includes such focuses as corporate wellness, professional transitions and work/life balance.

Sarah has a BA in Communications and Women’s Studies from the University of Rhode Island. Prior to becoming a life and leadership coach, she set up camp in New York City to become trained in teaching yoga and meditation. Sarah has studied many forms of yoga and is certified in Kundalini Yoga, Chair Yoga and Pre-Natal Yoga. In 2005, Sarah began Relax Already, a company dedicated to helping people work better and feel better through the tools of yoga and meditation. Her clients have included companies and organizations large and small throughout NYC, such as Volunteers of America, UNICEFF, Girl Scouts of America, Pratt Institute, King’s County Hospital, and NY Law School.

Sarah lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband and two-year-old daughter. She travels to NYC monthly to participate as a Mentor Coach for Accomplishment Coaching’s Coach Training Program (CTP). Sarah is also a Mentor Coach for the CTP at the United Nations Population Fund. As a new(ish) Mom, Sarah is passionate about working with Mothers to create empowered relationships around careers, relationships and overall wellness.

Sarah is an avid reader and traveler. When not working with her coaching clients, you can find her writing, meditating, practicing and teaching yoga, and from time to time, watching The Colbert Report. Over the last two years, Sarah has perfected imitations of most farm and jungle animals, much to the delight of her daughter.
